Twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU)

A twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) is a shipping container whose internal dimensions measure approximately 20 feet in length, 8 in width and 8 in height. It can hold 9 to 11 pallets, depending on whether it is a standard pallet or a EUR pallet.
