Business Development (Sales)

Mumbai   2-5 Years
  • Performing market research on prospective clients to increase our customer database.
  • Meeting potential customers, setting up meetings, cold calling, and generating leads.
  • Assisting existing clients/vendors in using our product, solving queries, and giving a prompt response.
  • Handling inbound queries via chat/phone.
  • Taking feedback from customers/vendors and reporting it to supervisors and the product team.
  • Developing hands-on skills in customer service (inbound) and a lot of other aspects of the logistics industry.

Full Stack Developer

Mumbai, Bengaluru   2-4 Years
  • Developing and maintaining highly scalable systems using PHP Phalcon, Angularjs, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX design.
  • Writing efficient, cross browser compliant and reusable UI code.
  • Designing MySQL databases.
  • Writing unit test cases using PHPUnit.
  • Using Version control tool such as SVN / GIT for documentation and code maintenance.
  • Experience with AngularJS or similar SPA framework.

Customer Service Intern

  • Provide training/demo of the product to prospective clients, vendors and internal team members.
  • Assist the existing clients/vendors in using our product, solving queries, and giving a prompt response.
  • Take feedback from customers/vendors and report it to supervisors and the product team.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone/email/chat.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Key Account Manager

Mumbai   2-3 Years
  • Responsible for targetting and developing corporate accounts to bring them onboard the Shiplyst's logistics platform. You will need to gather information about prospective customers, identify key decision makers, develop insights and understanding of the customer's existing business and requirements and provide solutions to secure/retain/grow business with the customer.
  • Manage Sales leads received via various inbound channels.
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Resolve issues related to operations, platform usage etc.
  • Co-ordinate with internal product and solution team to share customer feedback for product improvements/enhancement or for resolution of key technical issues.
